What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line. For first-time partners we support trial orders from a single pallet, so you can test the market before scaling up.
Do you provide samples before ordering?
Yes. Standard samples are free of charge (freight collect) and ship within 10–15 business days. Custom formulation samples are quoted case by case.
Can you handle OEM and private label?
Yes. We support custom formulation, packaging design and multilingual labeling, from pilot runs to full containers, with compliance documentation for your target market.
What trade terms and payment methods do you support?
We work with T/T (bank transfer), and support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. For first orders we typically proceed with 30% deposit and balance against shipping documents.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard lead time is 25–35 days after deposit and artwork confirmation, depending on product line and order volume. Repeat orders are usually faster.
Which certifications can you provide with shipments?
For the yak dairy line we hold China, EU and USDA organic certifications, plus national geographical indication for Hongyuan yak dairy. Batch QC reports and certification documents accompany every shipment.
