Can I request samples?

Yes, include the SKU and destination in your inquiry. Availability, sample costs, courier charges, dispatch timing and any sample documentation must be agreed before dispatch. Samples are not advertised here as automatically free.

How long do production and delivery take?

Ask for separate production, dispatch and transport estimates in the quotation. They depend on the selected product, approved artwork, materials, destination and order schedule. Confirm the final schedule in writing.

Can I request private label or OEM?
